At WEARA, we engineer our products for durability and urban utility. If your order does not meet our rigorous standards, we are here to make it right.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How to Start: To initiate a return, you must contact our support team at support@weara.store. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. WEARA does not provide pre-paid return labels.

3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at support@weara.store if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We aim to process all refunds within 7 to 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
