1. Shipping Locations & Origin

All orders are managed and dispatched through our logistics network. To maintain our high standards of quality control, orders are processed via our administrative hub in Cuneo, Italy. We ship to customers worldwide, ensuring each piece meets our rigorous durability standards before it leaves our hands.

2. Processing & Handling Times

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Rome).

  • Handling Time: 2 – 4 business days (Monday – Friday).

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Italian public holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

3. Shipping Estimates & Costs

We offer flat-rate and calculated shipping options depending on your destination:

    • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Rome).

    • Handling Time: 2–4 Business Days (Monday–Friday).

    • Transit Time: 10–15 Business Days (Monday–Friday).

    • Total Delivery Time: 9–19 Business Days.

    • Shipping Cost: Free Shipping on all orders to Italy.

Please note: These are estimates. Total delivery time is calculated as Handling Time + Transit Time.

4. Tracking Your Order

Transparency is our priority. Once your order has been dispatched, you can monitor its journey directly on our website via our Track Your Order page. If your tracking information has not updated within 5 days of dispatch, please reach out to support@weara.store.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

WEARA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damaged Items & Delivery Guarantee

  • Damages: If your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@weara.store immediately with photos of the packaging and product.

  • Lost Shipments: If your item has not arrived within 45 days of purchase, we offer a Full Refund or a free replacement.
